Pick Plus, Inc. (“Company”) is dedicated to protecting Your Information and informing You about how we use it. This Privacy Policy applies to transactions and activities and data gathered through the Site, pursuant to Your access and use thereof under the Terms of Service set forth above. We collect any information You enter on our site, or that You give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but You may not be able to take advantage of our services and features. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically as we may revise it from time to time without notice to You. Each time You use the Site or provide us with information, You are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy in place at such time.

Data We Collect From You

In connection with Your opening an Account, we may collect personal information such as full name, postal address, telephone number, credit/debit card information, or email address, as well as demographic information. Please note that access to or use of the Site by anyone under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in the applicable jurisdiction) is not permitted, and nowhere on the Site do we knowingly collect, keep or maintain personal information from children under the age of 18, as we require that all users represent and warrant to us that they are at least 18 years old. The Site may also use “cookies,” which are pieces of information that are transferred to Your computer from a web server. Most browsers are set up to accept cookies, but You can change Your settings to have Your browser notify You when You receive a new cookie or to refuse to accept cookies. We may also automatically record Your internet protocol address and the dates and times of each visit to the Site, as well as information about the devices you use to access the Site .

How We Use Your Information

We use Your Information to help us efficiently operate the Site, to contact You in connection with Your transactions and other activities on the Site (including, but not limited to, confirmation emails, or important news that could affect Your Account or relationship with Company). From time to time, such communications may also contain commercial messages, such as banner ads and special offers. Pursuant to the Terms of Service set forth above, we reserve the right to use any and all media, posts, notes, messages, and other content You post, upload or otherwise share with us via the Site without compensation to You, without notice to You, and without limit or restriction on how often or how such content may be used by us. We may share Your personal information with our agents, representatives, contractors and service providers, such as Intercom. We require these entities not to use Your information for any other purpose. Any third-party with whom we are allowed to share Your personal information is authorized to use Your personal information in accordance with our contractual arrangements with such third-parties and in accordance with their own privacy policies, over which we have no control. You agree that we are not responsible or liable for any of the acts or omissions of such third-parties. You may opt-out of such third-party information sharing at any time on the Site.

How We Use Demographic Data

We may review all demographic data provided by You to us. we may use demographic information to tailor the Site and communications to Your interests, among other things. We may also share demographic information with advertisers on an anonymous and aggregated basis (i.e., without revealing to advertisers Your identity). One of the reasons we may do this is to increase the likelihood that our advertisers' (if any) goods and services will be tailored to You as a User or Agent of the Site. Our sharing of demographic information with advertisers is anonymous and subject to the rest of this Privacy Policy. When You respond to an advertisement, however, we ask You to remember that if that ad that is targeted to a demographic group and You decide to give the advertiser Your personal information, then the advertiser may be able to identify You as being a member of that demographic group.

Dissemination of Sensitive Information by You

You are strongly advised to refrain from entering or sharing personal or sensitive information on public or open boards, chats, polls, or other means of non-secure communication, and hereby expressly agree that Company shall have no liability in the event You post personal or sensitive information on any of the aforementioned non-secure communication means.

Information Retention

To preserve the integrity of our databases, standard procedure calls for us to retain information submitted by Users and Agents for an indefinite length of time. You acknowledge Your submissions of any information to the Site constitute Your consent to Company to store all such information in one place for this indefinite length of time, if we so wish. If required by law, as is the case to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we will nullify User and Agent information by erasing it from our database. We will also respond to written User or Agent requests to nullify account information, in connection with the termination or deletion of such User’s or Agent’s account. Also, by using the Site, You hereby represent and warrant that You understand and agree that all information submitted by You to or through the Site or otherwise to Company becomes the property of Company and may be freely used by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.


Company provides Users and Agents the opportunity to opt-out of receiving certain communications from us and our partners upon creation of an Account, or any time thereafter, through the Site. Users and Agents may, at any time, remove their information from our database, opt out of future communications, and/or choose to cease use of the Site, subject to any outstanding obligations of such User or Agent under this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service.

Special Cases in Which We Share Personal Information

Your personal information may be passed on to a third-party in the event of a transfer of ownership of Company or its assets, or the bankruptcy of Company. We may also disclose personal information when we determine that such disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, to cooperate with law enforcement or to protect the interests or safety of Company, other Users or Agents of the Site, or other third-parties. We also may disclose Your Information to our subsidiary and parent companies and businesses, and other affiliated legal entities and businesses with whom we are under common corporate control. Whenever personal information is disclosed under this paragraph, we may also disclose Your demographic information along with it, on a non-anonymous basis. All of our parent, subsidiary and affiliated legal entities and businesses that receive Your personal information or non-anonymous demographic information from us will comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy with respect to their use and disclosure of such information.

Our Security Precautions

Your Account is password-protected so that only You, Your agents and/or representatives, and authorized Company employees have access to Your Account. In order to maintain this protection, do not give Your password to anyone. Company staff will never proactively reach out to You and ask for any Account information, including Your password. To further prevent unauthorized access to Your Account, if You share a computer, You should sign out of Your Account and close the browser window before someone else logs on. This will help protect Your Information entered on public terminals from disclosure to third-parties. Company makes every effort to ensure that Your Information is secure on its system. Company has staff dedicated to maintaining its obligations under this Privacy Policy as set forth herein and other privacy initiatives, including ensuring every Company employee is aware of Company security practices. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, Company cannot guarantee the security of any information You transmit to us, and You expressly understand and agree that You do so at Your own risk. If You have any further questions on this issue, please refer to the Terms of Service. Company expressly disclaims any liability that may arise should any unauthorized individuals obtain the information You submit to or through the Site. Company has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. You expressly acknowledge Your Information may be transferred to and maintained on computer networks which may be located outside of the state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction in which You reside, and the country or jurisdiction in which these computer networks are located may not have privacy laws as protective as the laws in Your country or jurisdiction. The Site may contain links to other web sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites. We encourage our Users and Agents to be aware when they leave the Site to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by the Site.

Changing our Privacy Policy for Previously Gathered Information

If at any point we decide to use particular personally identifying information in a manner materially different from that stated at the time such information was initially collected, we will give all Users and Agents notice, including on the Site. We encourage You to review this Privacy Policy periodically. By using the Site, You hereby represent and warrant that You have read, understand, and agree to all terms of this Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that each time You access the Site, You agree to all terms set forth in this Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements (including the Terms of Service) published by Company on the Site. Third-Party Tracking

Third-parties may collect personally identifiable information about any individual consumer’s online activities on the Site. The Site does use Intercom ( to help us engage with Users via live chat and a customer data platform, to better understand our Users’ needs and ensure the best possible experience for Users of the Site. Your acceptance of this Privacy Policy includes Your acceptance of Intercom’s terms of service and privacy policies as well.

“Do Not Track” Policy

The Site does not, but Intercom or other third-parties may track your activity across other websites.  Your web browser may have a “do not track” setting which, when enabled, causes your browser to send a do not track HTTP header file or “signal” to each site you visit. The Site does not currently respond to “do not track” signals.
